Diagnostics:
We test and troubleshoot the hardware and software of the system to determine the cause of problems or errors. Diagnostics can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 5 days to locate the problem(s). Most are finished within 2 – 3 business days. We have a flat charge for diagnostics instead of an hourly rate.

Repairs:
We have flat rate charges for all repairs and will not charge more for labor no matter how long it takes or how difficult the job is. This ensures that you never get a surprise bill from us and also gives you the confidence knowing that your system is in skilled hands and will be repaired in a timely manner. We have been repairing computer systems for more than 20 years and know how long jobs take to complete. This is why we can charge a flat rate based on the quality of our work.

Upgrades:
We will help you to determine the best upgrade path for your existing system and make several recommendations to you based on your needs or budget. We then will upgrade your system and fine tune it to make sure everything is running like it should. In addition, we have many parts in stock that allow us to upgrade you system quickly.

Custom Builds or Build-To-Order:
We can build any type of system from basic home systems to highly complex virtualization servers. We can help you find the perfect system for your needs or budget. Don’t get stuck buying a cookie cutter system from the big box guys. We care about you and will design and build a system the fits you and what you want the computer for. We stand behind our computers with a complete one (1) year warranty including parts and labor. Many of the parts we use to build our systems come with three (3) year warranties through the manufacturer. We have all the parts you need to build the perfect computer in stock, so you won’t have to wait for any parts to be shipped to the store. You can just order the computer based on what we have available and we will have it ready to go within a day.

We offer a variety of on-site solutions for your home or office including virus removal, networking, servers, routers, wireless systems, and general support. Our technicians have been working on computers for over 20 years each and will bring that wealth of knowledge to you at prices that are less than the competition. We provide maintenance contracts to small and medium businesses to help them keep their software and hardware up to date. Our contracts allow small businesses to address IT problems without needing a dedicated IT department. All you need to do is call us to tell our onsite technician about the issue and they will go there to fix the problem.

Rates

Flat rates
Diagnostics: $40 plus tax
Standard labor charge: $75 plus tax
Data recovery, HD cloning, and clean install of windows: $95 plus tax

Hourly rates
Onsite service: $135 plus tax
